Having recently completed our IPO, we are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial professional to help lead our business development and marketing strategy.
The Role
We’re seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth efforts, build our brand, and drive investor engagement. This is a hands‑on role that blends strategic vision with execution - you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the entire marketing and PR strategy, managing all digital and social channels, and actively identifying and engaging with potential investors and partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for Falconedge.
* Build and manage our social media presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
* Create compelling content that communicates our mission, investment philosophy, and product offerings.
* Drive lead generation and investor outreach through both digital and traditional channels.
* Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand our reach within the digital asset and hedge fund ecosystem.
* Oversee PR campaigns and coordinate with media outlets, influencers, and event organizers.
* Work closely with senior leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and investor materials.
* Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure continual growth and brand visibility.
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in business development, marketing, or investor relations - ideally within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
* Strong understanding of hedge funds, capital markets, or cryptocurrency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven ability to design and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
* Confident, proactive, and creative - comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and automation platforms.
