About the Role:
As Programme Delivery Manager at Celestra, youll lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Managing a portfolio of key clients, youll play a vital role in driving successful outcomes and building strong commercial relationships. This is a great opportunity for a results-driven project manager to take ownership of high-impact programmes in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
* Lead Project Delivery: Own the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
* Planning & Risk Management: Use Celestras standards and Kronus methodology to set timelines, manage risks, and drive execution.
* Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor P&L, and oversee accurate invoicing and billing.
* Performance Reporting: Deliver clear project updates on progress, finances, and risks to clients and stakeholders.
* Resource Coordination: Allocate and prioritise resources across multiple projects for timely delivery.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and lead project teams to deliver high-quality results.
* Process Optimisation: Improve internal processes to boost delivery speed and quality.
* Business Development: Support sales by identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in delivery, efficiency, and client experience.
What Youll Bring:
* Project Management Expertise: Experienced in leading physical complex projects, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors
* Leadership: You have experience leading both office-based and remote teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining high performance across multiple projects.
* Technically Proficient: A solid understanding of IT solutions, especially EPoS implementations, with the ability to lead technology-driven projects.
* Strong Relationship Builder: You excel in building and maintaining long-term client relationships, particularly with senior-level clients, and can navigate complex client needs with ease.
* Problem Solver: You have a can-do attitude and are able to proactively address challenges, providing creative solutions that ensure successful project outcomes.
* Financially Savvy: Proven ability to manage budgets, ensure profitability, and maintain financial health throughout project delivery.
* Results-Oriented: You are driven by results, focused on delivering projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality.
* Travel Willingness: Holds a full UK license and is willing to travel, including overnight stays.
