UK Trade Project Lead - Corston Architectural Detail –
Location: UK Head Office with travel across the UK.
Salary: £37K -£43k + Commission

What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Trade Project Lead and strategic thinker to oversee and drive the performance of our Regional Project Executive Sales Team across the UK.
This role is pivotal in leading business development, building strong relationships with trade clients and contractors, and securing specification on large-scale projects.
You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging with new customers, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and actively promoting our products and services across the UK market.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales leader with a proven track record of delivering results. They will be capable of both managing and inspiring a regional sales team, while also taking a hands-on role in driving high-value client relationships and securing large-scale project opportunities.
Role responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and mentor a team of regional Project Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Maintain existing customer relationships through Email/Phone or in Person.
* Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to secure new trade accounts and project specifications.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and distributors.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
* Manage risks and advise pipeline opportunity.
* Support the sales team in winning and managing large project tenders.
* Oversee client negotiations and ensure commercial terms are aligned with business objectives.
* Work with the Sales manager to refine pricing, marketing, and product strategies.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs.

Experience:
* At least 5 years of experience in Leading a team.
* A Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
* A history of dealing with Designers, Architects, Property & Hospitality developers would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to a room.
* A Proactive and results oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
* A Valid UK Driving License and willingness to travel across the UK for meetings.
