Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum Excellence: Plan and deliver comprehensive Maths lessons tailored to GCSE and A-Level requirements.

3. Assessment & Feedback: Monitor student progress through regular assessment and provide constructive feedback to ensure target grades are met.
4. Collaborative Support: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a cohesive learning community and uphold the school's academic standards.
5. Professional Standards: Manage marking duties and maintain accurate student performance records.
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or an equivalent, recognized status (Essential).
7. Strong Academic Background: A 2:1 degree in Mathematics (or a related field) and a Grade B or higher in A-Level Mathematics.
8. Compliance: Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one) in line with KCSIE guidelines.
9. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.
