M&E Administrator – Surrey - £28K - £32K
There is a new opportunity for an Administrator to join a company based in Surrey. You will mainly be supporting a small but busy engineering team and be working within the M&E Maintenance industry.
As a business, they are based in Surrey and now employ over 20 engineers and are continually growing at a steady rate offering M&E Installation and maintenance works nationwide.
Duties would include:
Coordinating, scheduling and planning of engineer’s diaries
Booking follow up work and through liaising with the client
General administrative duties including booking hotels and booking in works with stores.
Database management and inputting
Ordering and checking parts
Salary & Package:
28 - 32k (dependant on exp.)
9 – 5 on a 40-hour week
20 days holiday + bank

The Person:
Strong administration skills
Good communicator
Efficient, organised, self-motivated
Computer literate
Experience scheduling engineers - advantageous but not essential
Previous experience or knowledge of engineering environment
