The Opportunity
Working closely with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team, you’ll play a key role in bringing the GLOWWA brand to life across social platforms while helping nurture and grow its ever-expanding community.
You’ll be involved in:
* Creating and scheduling engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Supporting the planning, filming, and editing of short‑form video content including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
* Managing day‑to‑day community engagement and building meaningful audience relationships
* Staying on top of trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities
* Supporting campaigns, launches, shoots, and wider brand storytelling initiatives
* Tracking performance and contributing ideas to improve engagement and growth
* Collaborating with the wider marketing team on creative concepts and social activations
You’ll ideally bring:
* 1–2 years’ experience in a social media, content, or community-focused role
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and short‑form content trends
* Experience creating mobile‑first content including filming and editing
* Confidence using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and/or Adobe Creative Suite
* Strong communication and copywriting skills
* A creative eye and a strong understanding of what performs socially
* A genuine interest in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or digital culture
