We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Continuity & Resilience Analyst to join the IT Security and Governance team on a permanent basis (home based).

Key Responsibilities
* Support the BCR Manager in ensuring holistic planning, preparation and risk mitigation protect business capabilities and clients from harm.
* Implement and maintain organisational alignment with ISO 22301 business continuity and FCA Operational Resilience requirements.
* Develop, implement and test business continuity plans across all business areas, ensuring alignment with impact analysis, risk assessments and stakeholder needs to meet recovery requirements.
* Communicate effectively and coordinate activity with stakeholders at all levels, including external suppliers, developing effective relationships and influencing to achieve necessary outcomes.
* Produce clear and concise reports and documentation and provide ongoing monitoring and improvement activities.
Qualifications
* Experience as a business continuity practitioner with knowledge of ISO 22301, BCI Good Practice Guidelines and FCA Operational Resilience.
* Ability to develop, implement and test business continuity plans.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and influence skills.
* Detail oriented, able to produce clear reports and documentation.
* Legal right to work in the UK; this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
