Senior Safeguarding Officer
Location: Queens Drive Campus, Swindon
Salary: £27,321 - £31,710 per annum

What youll do:
* Lead safeguarding investigations, taking accurate statements and handling disclosures sensitively.
* Liaise with students, staff, families, and external agencies to manage cases effectively.
* Produce detailed investigation reports and maintain accurate records.
* Provide ongoing welfare checks and well-being support for students.
* Represent safeguarding at Mental Health Support Plan meetings and multi-agency forums.
* Deliver advice, guidance, and safeguarding training to staff.
* Contribute to the smooth running of the Support Hub, promoting continuous improvement.
What were looking for:
1. Level 3 Safeguarding qualification (can be provided).
2. At least 3 years experience in safeguarding/child protection or a related field (youth work, social services, counselling, youth justice, etc).
