Vertu Hyundai Peterlee – Sales Advisor
We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee. This role comes with a competitive base salary of £28,000 plus on‑target earnings of £34,000, with the ability to earn well above this level. No previous experience is required.
We provide full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme to help you succeed and maximise your earnings from day one. After 6 months you can transfer to be a Sales Executive (should you wish to), taking your on‑target earnings to £45,000+ plus a company car.
You will work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts per week), with most Saturdays and a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays.
As a Sales Advisor you’ll support customers through their entire car‑buying journey, arranging test drives, helping customers select the right finance, or guiding them through accessories. You’ll engage with customers online, in‑store, on the phone or by video, nationally and locally, so strong communication skills and confidence using technology are essential.
All we need from you is a full driving licence (manual and automatic) and an ability to demonstrate that you can provide great customer service. If you have worked within retail, hospitality, or any customer‑service or sales‑led field, we want to hear from you.
