Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing @ High-Growth Technology Brand

This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, globally impactful digital leadership role within a fast-scaling consumer technology business operating at the intersection of data, software and AI.
The company builds intelligent, connected products used by consumers across multiple international markets, and is in a rapid growth phase driven by direct-to-consumer activity, strategic partnerships and channel-led expansion.
Digital is central to how this business grows. They’re looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to own and scale the full digital growth engine, blending performance marketing, deep analytics and AI-led optimisation with strong digital storytelling and lifecycle strategy.
This is a highly visible role, working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, with genuine influence over how the brand shows up, how customers are acquired, and how digital performance drives long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead the end-to-end digital marketing strategy across acquisition, engagement and retention
* Drive performance marketing across paid channels, optimising CAC, ROI and pipeline contribution
* Oversee SEO, content and social strategy to build organic visibility, authority and demand
* Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve onboarding, adoption, retention and customer lifetime value
* Own digital analytics, tracking and marketing operations, ensuring data-led decision-making
* Embed experimentation, AI tools and test-and-learn frameworks into digital execution
* Influence and manage senior stakeholders, shaping how digital drives growth at scale
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience leading digital and performance marketing at scale within a high-growth or technology-led environment
* Strong commercial mindset with deep experience across CAC, CLV, ROI and funnel performance
* Hands-on knowledge of paid acquisition, SEO, CRM, marketing automation and analytics
* Experience building and leading multi-disciplinary digital teams
* Comfortable using AI, automation and experimentation to improve efficiency and outcomes
* Highly analytical, pragmatic and confident operating at exec level
