Job Summary
An exciting opportunity to join the Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) Team as a Care Navigator within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment. The role focuses on leading a small administrative team, managing performance data, and ensuring efficient, patient‑centred administrative support across the service.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small administrative team, managing performance and business data requirements within the EIP Service.
* Improve ways of working, coordinate secretarial support, and oversee the e‑roster system for designated teams.
* Review, monitor, and report on Insight information weekly to support clinical leads.
* Transcribe and distribute agendas and minutes, prioritise and manage tasks and referrals.
* Maintain IT systems and ensure IT procedures are adhered to.
* Lead or participate in audits and assist the Clinical Lead with policy updates.
* Address health and safety issues on site and ensure high‑standard internal and external communications.
* Review and monitor maintenance requests, collaborating with other secretarial/administrative staff across the division.
Qualifications
Essential
* Good secondary education (Grade 2/3).
* Minute taking and experience in an office environment.
* Previous management experience and confidence using all Microsoft programmes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines.
Desirable
* NVQ 3 Management/Business Administration.
* ECDQ.
* Experience in an NHS community/administration team.
* Use of RIO and other NHS systems including Insight and Ulysses.
* Access database experience.
