We are working with a client in the Bath area of Somerset who is seeking a Service Driver.

Role Overview
As a Service Driver, you will deliver exceptional customer service to all clients, both internal and external. Your main responsibilities include collecting and delivering vehicles within specified timeframes and promoting the Retail Centre and its services. Our Service Drivers serve as Brand Ambassadors, embodying the brand image and standards in all interactions.
Responsibilities
* Collect and deliver customer vehicles punctually
* Promote the aftersales and sales departments to generate additional sales opportunities
* Coordinate with service advisors and managers to identify vehicles requiring collection
* Greet customers and facilitate vehicle collection
* Inspect vehicles with customers and complete damage reports
* Obtain customer approval and signatures on repair orders
* Secure customer payment methods
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT literacy
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* A friendly and professional demeanor
* A full UK Driving License
