This leading consumer business is the creator of a collection of consumable brands synonymous with tradition and heritage as well as being renown for innovation, craftsmanship and quality.
The Opportunity
A unique opportunity now exists for an experienced IP and Marketing lawyer to join as Head of Legal for these areas. Reporting to the Legal Director, you will play a key role in managing IP and Marketing matters from a legal perspective for the business, working closely with the CMO and leading on marketing initiatives. This will incorporate digital and AI matters, especially as AI continues to evolve for the business. You will also manage the IP portfolio, leading on the anti-counterfeiting agenda and the protection of brands and IP assets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an IP lawyer to join a luxury consumer brands business in a key role for the EMEA legal team.
About You
