Temporary Warehouse Technician

We are looking for:
A proactive and safety-minded Temporary Warehouse Technician to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse at the Liverpool site. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene, stock accuracy, and compliance with GMP and EHS procedures.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
4. Maintain high hygiene standards through routine housekeeping of controlled warehouse areas
5. Provide a first-class service to other departments within Pharmaron ranging from goods receipt to material picking and dispatch.
6. Ensure accurate goods receipt, stock issuance, and reconciliation procedures are adhered to
7. Update stock management systems in a timely manner and perform routine cycle counting.
8. Organise and control designated external waste areas
9. Perform all activities in accordance with Regulatory, Quality, and EHS site policies and procedures
Requirements:
10. GCSEs in English and Maths (essential)
11. Forklift Truck License and Order Picker (IPAF) License (essential)
12. Relevant industrial/warehouse experience
13. Good working knowledge of cGMP and safety standards
14. Experience with ERP systems (essential)
15. Effective organisational and time management skills
16. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
17. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
18. Safety-minded and customer service focused
19. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities
20. Motivated to learn and support new initiatives

Pharmaron acquired the Hoddesdon campus, consisting of several purpose-built scientific and administrative buildings together with a purpose-built conference area in February 2017. The research building has more than 5,000m2 of premier R&D space and houses an established Process Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry and Drug Discovery teams. In addition, a Formulation Development team was also recently established. The Hoddesdon site has state-of-the-art Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard facilities for the development of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), Formulation Development (FD) and Process Chemistry (PC).
