AI Trainer – Microsoft Copilot / AI Adoption

I’m working with a growing learning and transformation business looking to hire AI Trainers to support a number of large-scale AI upskilling programmes across enterprise clients.
This isn’t purely technical delivery or generic software training. The role is focused on helping teams and leadership groups actually adopt AI properly within day-to-day workflows, particularly across Microsoft Copilot and the wider Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
You’ll deliver a mix of webinars, workshops and leadership sessions, supporting audiences ranging from all-staff groups through to senior stakeholders and executive teams.
The business is specifically looking for trainers who combine strong AI knowledge with high energy delivery and excellent communication skills. They need people who can engage large audiences, simplify technical concepts and confidently lead sessions both virtually and in person.
Skills required for the AI Trainer are:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Experience delivering training, workshops or webinars to large audiences
* Confident presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Good understanding of AI adoption and workflow implementation within businesses
* Strong communication and facilitation skills with high energy delivery style
* Experience delivering leadership or executive-level sessions is highly beneficial
* Comfortable running both virtual and face-to-face sessions
* Backgrounds in consulting, training, education or AI enablement are all relevant
