Senior Clinical Trials Pharmacy Assistant – Band 3 – Permanent
My name is Lina, Clinical Trials Pharmacy Technician Team Manager for the Clinical Trials Pharmacy in Oxford.
As a Senior Technician I manage and support a technical team of Pharmacy Technicians, Assistants and Practitioners, providing support services to clinical trial research teams across our Trust sites.
Role – you will maintain the supply chain of clinical trial medications to research nurses, maintain financial records, complete drug accountability activities, close down and archive completed studies, and facilitate sponsor meetings.
Responsibilities
* Maintain Clinical Trial medication supply chain to research nurses.
* Maintain financial records and drug accountability activities.
* Close down and archive completed studies.
* Facilitate meetings with sponsors.
Qualifications
* BTEC Level 2 in Pharmacy Service Skills or equivalent qualification, or related degree (pharmaceutical or science degree).
* Applicants without these qualifications will still be considered but will be required to undertake the relevant qualification in Pharmacy Service Skills.
