A Good-rated secondary school is seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join their supportive pastoral team from September 2025. Key Responsibilities: * Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils to address behaviour challenges and barriers to learning. * Support students with strategies to manage emotions, regulate behaviour, and improve engagement in lessons. * Build positive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and trusted Behaviour Mentor. * Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and parents to monitor progress and support interventions.
