As a Kitchen Leader, you’ll work with your General Manager to develop and inspire the team to serve our guests our delicious burgers, fries & sides, plate after plate after plate. You’ll make sure your shift runs as it should – smoothly, and with great energy. What will you be doing?
Alongside your General Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen team to create not only world-class burgers and sides, but an engaging culture and a positive atmosphere. As a Head Chef with Byron, you’ll:
· Build and develop the team, acting with patience and emotional intelligence
· Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety and audit standards
· Have experience working in a leadership role within a kitchen
· Have great attention to detail, ensuring all food leaves the kitchen as it should
· Be responsible for following process which will ensure all your audits are passed with flying colours
· Be in charge of managing your stock and ensuring your team are working to spec and recording all wastage
* The basic hourly rate for this role is £14.00 - £16.25 depending on experience.
