Job Description
1. To welcome Spa guests and members and answer their queries
2. To provide guests and members with towels, robes and locker keys when using the Spa.
3. To provide information and advice on the facility, its services offered and information on membership.
4. To answer the telephone.
5. To take bookings and appointments.
6. Handling of cash and credit card transactions.
7. Responsible for opening and closing the Spa when required.
8. To take an active interest in the building of an efficient team and its development.
9. To learn and have knowledge of all the facilities, the treatments provided and Spa products.
10. To be flexible and extend job duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the guests and members.
11. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
12. 2 years Experience in Spa industry or Hospitality.
13. Basic Accounting.
14. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
16. Eligible to work in the UK
