Job Description
We’re scaling fast and doing things differently and we’re looking for a Senior HR Partner who thrives on the creativity, variety, and occasional chaos that comes with startup life. This is a hands-on, people-first role where you’ll be right at the heart of the action.
You’ll partner closely with managers, support our rapidly growing team, and help design a brilliant employee experience from the ground up. From onboarding and culture-building to tricky people challenges and everything in between, you’ll be the go-to for all things people.
What You’ll Do:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all day-to-day people matters including performance, wellbeing, absence, and employee relations
2. Support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and probation through to progression and offboarding
3. Partner with the recruitment and onboarding teams to deliver a smooth, positive experience for every new joiner
4. Collaborate with the Head of People & Talent on key people initiatives, process improvements, and company-wide projects
5. Coach and support managers to lead confidently and in line with our culture and values
6. Help embed and improve key people processes such as performance check-ins, engagement surveys, and recognition programmes
