About the Role
Are you a qualified Pharmacy Dispenser looking for a flexible, non‑patient‑facing role where you can focus on supporting pharmacy operations behind the scenes? Join our dynamic team in Winnersh, where you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medication while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Accurately dispense medication in line with legal and regulatory standards.
* Support the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and ensuring patient safety.
* Provide high‑quality service to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy.
Qualifications
* A UK Pharmacy Dispenser Qualification.
* At least two years of experience in a pharmacy dispensing role.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
* Passion for delivering high‑quality patient care in a non‑patient‑facing environment.
