Overview
To be responsible for the coordination and administration of cover, ensuring cover arrangements are in place and proactively managed to avoid disruption to students' learning. To provide administrative support to attendance and safeguarding. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who thrives in a busy and friendly environment. We will provide training for the role. Want to work with young people.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and administer cover to ensure arrangements are in place and proactively managed to avoid disruption to students\' learning.
* Provide administrative support to attendance and safeguarding.
* Be confident with classroom management.
* Manage communications effectively, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and IT literacy.
* Be reliable and organised. The role is term time only (plus INSET days) working 36 hours, Monday to Friday. Start time: 8am Finish time: 3.45pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm on Friday. 30 minute unpaid break, timing will vary depending on timetable for the day.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills; IT literate.
* Confident with classroom management.
* Reliable and well-organised.
