Role Overview:
Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow key client relationships. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to ensure continued value for partners while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients.
* Identify and drive new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
* Lead negotiations and contract discussions with high-level stakeholders.
* Drive the company’s value proposition through solution selling and a consultative approach.
* Represent the business at industry events and networking functions.
* Leverage AI-driven insights to optimise customer engagement and retention.
* Provide forecasting and strategic account planning to senior management.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in strategic account management, ideally within tech, SaaS, or IT distribution.
* Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities.
* Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Deep understanding of technology trends and customer needs.
* Experience with AI-powered sales tools.
* A highly proactive, driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
