Are you a strategic, commercially astute leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We’re seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a prestigious portfolio of high‑end private nursing and residential care homes across Surrey and London.

The Role

* Drive excellence across care quality, compliance, and governance

* Work closely with the CEO and Board to deliver growth and development plans
