Our ideal Bridging Finance Case Manager will have at least 12 months' worth of either mortgage or bridging finance experience, with a keen interest in property and a customer focused attitude.
As a Bridging Finance Case Manager, you will have a basic salary of up to £35k on offer, as well as a benefits and bonus package worth shouting about, this is an AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO FURTHER YOUR CAREER WITHIN A WELL ESTABLISHED AND REGARDED COMPANY, WHO PUT THEIR STAFF FIRST!
What does the day to day look like?
* Creating term sheets, and organising case files
* Chasing terms that are outstanding with brokers or clients
* Management of the in house CRM system
* Liaising with the Underwriting team
* Obtaining professional quotes once terms have been accepted, and instructing them once agreed
* Booking Broker & BDM appointments
* Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews
* PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY SO YOU MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO COMMUTE INTO THE OFFICE IN ELSTREE DAILY
