Senior Care Manager – SureCare North Leeds
Salary: from £40,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

SureCare North Leeds is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Senior Care Manager to join our senior management team.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the future of our service — leading operations, building relationships, and ensuring the safe and effective delivery of high-quality care, including complex home care packages.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and manage the development of both private and local authority care packages.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and all statutory requirements.
* Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of SureCare North Leeds.
* Build relationships that create opportunities for new business.
* Oversee client assessments, care planning, and updates to care documents.
* Drive team performance to meet and exceed financial and growth targets.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in the care sector (home care experience preferred).
* At least two years’ management/leadership experience within care.
* Strong leadership skills with experience of leading and motivating a team.
* Knowledge of compliance, auditing, and CQC standards.
* Sales-driven approach with experience onboarding new clients.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership and Management (or working towards).
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
This role may require you to become the CQC Registered Manager for regulated activities.
