Job Description Job title: Facilities Coordinator / Receptionist Type: Permanent Full Time Salary: up to £23,000 per year Location: Bristol Our client are recruiting for a F acilities Coordinator / Receptionist who will have the opportunity to run and manage their Business Centre in Bristol. The role: F acilities Coordinator / Receptionist This a great opportunity for a highly organised, pro-active, self-starter who has previous front of house or customer facing experience. You will be a bubbly and energetic individual with a real passion for providing a 1 st class service. Key Duties and Responsibilities: C overing the office r eception and all administ rative duties, Meeting and greeting customers professionally and keeping facilities in showcase conditions at all times Manage meeting rooms and workplace booking system effectively Liaise with contractors and ensure relevant documentation is completed Conduct a daily check of the building and report all issues to Facilities Management Maintain stock levels for the breakout areas and stationery, placing orders and checking deliveries Organise and coordinate virtual office events and encourage fundraising activities Ensuring that the Business Centre remains compliant for H&S and other ISO standards To be certified and maintain certification as a Fire Marshal and First Aider The ideal candidate will have: Experience in a customer facing role, ideally covering front of house Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures Strong communication skills both face to face and written Competent IT Skills in Microsoft Systems
