In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our customers and ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our services. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with customers and drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coordinate daily service reports and support general administrative tasks. Handle customer enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. Input and maintain accurate data using spreadsheets and internal IT systems. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers and drivers. Manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Receive full support and training to help you succeed in the role. Requirements: Ability to communicate at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload. Attention to detail. Working to deadlines. Excellent time keeping and reliability.
