Job Description
What you'll do
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Complex Care Assistant, supporting a lovely 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home, where he lives with his parents, older brother, and their friendly cockapoo. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, including PEG management, moving and positioning with a second staff member, and personal care, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to promote his well-being. Described by his family as a “little tinker” with an adorable and funny personality, he also has his own vehicle for staff to drive, so you must hold a full clean UK driving licence and be over 21 for insurance purposes. Shifts run for six hours on either Saturday or Sunday, providing a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful difference.
