Global skincare and wellness brand are looking for a permanent and highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize supply chain operations across multiple third-party logistics providers and contract manufacturing sites within the cosmetics industry.

This pivotal role will manage complex logistics networks, ensure consistent product availability, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and global expansion.
* Align supply chain operations with brand objectives, sustainability goals, and customer expectations.
* Manage relationships with multiple 3PL partners across regions, ensuring consistent service levels, compliance, and cost efficiency.
* Monitor key performance metrics including OTIF, inventory accuracy, and warehouse productivity.
* Maintain optimal stock levels across all 3PL sites to meet demand.
* Source raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from global suppliers while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.
* Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across multiple distribution centres and retail channels using AI-driven forecasting tools.
* Implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce obsolescence and improve product availability.
* Oversee transportation planning and execution, including international shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
* Ensure all logistics operations meet sustainability targets and regulatory standards.
* Lead a team of supply chain professionals and foster collaboration with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
* Utilize ERP (NetSuite) and WMS (SNAP) systems to manage supply chain data and generate actionable insights.
* Leverage analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
7+ yrs of experience in supply chain management, within cosmetics, skincare or FMCG, with a proven track record in managing multi-site operations and building strong 3PL partnerships.
