General Store Manager – Central London – up to £50,000
Zachary Daniels is exclusively working with an exquisite store in the heart of London. This rare opportunity is one not to be missed; we are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused General Store Manager to head up the flagship location and be at the sharp end of our client’s retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate has a strong fashion or premium background, excellent commercial focus, and experience managing a larger team.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Part of the senior area leadership team and work on national and local events and meetings.
* Nurture the client experience to the highest levels, work closely with the team to drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the brand.
* Manage and motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans.
* Drive client development activities among team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
* Operate the back‑of‑house team efficiently and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
* Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices; ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the retail fashion market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management.
* Consideration of applications from area or regional managers who want to focus on a single store.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high‑performing team.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities.
