Role:
Enquiry Assessment Coordinator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
5. Triage incoming customer enquiries and route appropriately through the business
6. Accurately input customer enquiries into the CRM system
7. Maintain electronic document filing systems
8. Read and interpret construction drawings to identify relevant product information
9. Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient handling of enquiries
10. Provide excellent customer service at all times
11. Investigate and resolve invoice queries, delivery queries and customer complaints
12. Answer and manage incoming calls effectively
13. Generate and issue quotations via email
14. Provide Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation from various couriers
15. Support smooth collaboration across departments
16. Work towards achieving team KPIs
The Successful Candidate:
17. High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
18. Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems
19. Ability to read construction drawings (desirable)
20. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
21. Methodical with the ability to organise and prioritise workload
22. Ability to work under pressure
23. Strong decision-making skills
