Are you an analytical thinker with a knack for building strong client relationships? Are you proficient in diving deep into data sets and skilled in communicating complex Amazon metrics in a digestible format? At Market Rocket, we're seeking an Amazon Account Manager who excels in a client-facing role to join our dedicated Amazon team. This is a superb opportunity to support and collaborate with our clients in maximising their selling potential on Amazon, offering a comprehensive, end-to-end account management service.

The successful candidate will not only exhibit an extraordinary work ethic and a keen eye for detail but also possess exceptional relationship-building skills, analytical abilities, and a strong inclination for problem-solving. We’re looking for an individual with a proven track record of proactively driving growth on Amazon, who not only excels at the fundamentals but also brings creative, strategic thinking to unlock new opportunities.

Managing multiple client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to build, nurture and mature client relationships
Utilising strong analytical skills to efficiently provide forecasting, troubleshooting, and in-depth analysis of key account and listing metrics
Complete ownership of managed accounts, specifically Amazon catalogue management and growth strategy
Creating, identifying, and implementing innovative opportunities to aggressively escalate sustainable sales
Articulate in communicating both internally and externally on listing quality, ensuring all product detail pages meet the highest standards
Supporting clients with stock monitoring, shipment creation, and proactively addressing their supply chain needs
Raising cases and effectively liaising with Seller/Vendor Support
Detecting commercial opportunities to upsell clients additional services within our business ecosystem

Experience managing multiple brands across a range of categories and territories
~ Exceptional ability to think strategically, execute flawlessly, and conduct insightful data analysis to pinpoint areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives
~ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets with the capability to manipulate multiple large data sets for presenting sales, forecasting, stock holdings, etc., Superior time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask effectively
~ Incredible attention to detail, especially in data analysis and client communications


This role does not encompass advertising responsibilities.
