About the Role
Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency, youll help create innovative maintenance systems, supporting the development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans.
Shift pattern: 8am to 4:30pm (30 min break)
This role includes call-outs (1 in 5 weeks), entitling you to an additional bonus of £250 + mileage paid.
What you'll get involved in:
* PPM maintenance programs
* Commissioning new projects
* Utilising planning tools and CMMS systems to organise weekly tasks and improvement projects.
* Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of all maintenance activities.
You'll have the opportunity to support cross-skilling initiatives, expanding our Operators' skillset, e.g. lubrication, changeovers, inspections, and minor repairs.
