TONI&GUY Wilmslow, England, United Kingdom is hiring a Senior Stylist. We are looking for an experienced hair stylist to join our Wilmslow team with a minimum of 5 years qualified to NVQ level 2 or above. Schedule: Flexibility available. Ideally 3-4 days per week with a minimum of one weekend off per month. Salary: £15 per hour basic plus 30-35% commission based on experience. Fully managed tipping 100% paid directly into your salary monthly. Extra commission for all treatment & retail sales.

Your Responsibilities
* Conduct personalised consultations to deliver a bespoke TONI&GUY hairdressing experience for each client.
* Build and expand your client base while fostering strong client loyalty.
* Recommend expert colour services and promote product sales through extensive hairdressing product knowledge.
* Mentor apprentices and embody the TONI&GUY brand in the salon.
* Promote and maintain the Super brand status of TONI&GUY.
* Take advantage of comprehensive training opportunities at our Academy to enhance your hairdressing skills and advance your career with TONI&GUY.
* Manage your schedule and client bookings with support from the reception team.
* Work with the team to provide a high-quality client experience and maintain salon standards.

Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair customer service and demonstrate exceptional skills in colour, balayage, grey blending, precision cutting, and barbering. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior stylists while managing front desk operations, enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colours, and treatments tailored to client needs.
* Perform barbering services with precision and creativity.
* Mentor junior stylists and support skill development.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment in line with health and safety regulations.
Experience & Qualifications
* 5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a busy salon (required).
* Strong background in barbering is desirable.
* Customer service experience and front desk familiarity are advantageous.
* Experience mentoring or training junior staff is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
Licence/Certification: NVQ Hairdressing qualification (required).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time. Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour. Expected hours: 20–32 per week. Benefits include company events, pension, employee discount, mentoring programme, and flexitime.
