Business Development Managers drive sales of Light Commercial Vehicles and fleet Passenger Cars within the local market
Prospect and develop new and existing business client relationships
Meet and exceed vehicle sales targets aligned with business objectives
Contribute to customer retention efforts through exceptional service as a Business Development Manager
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all vehicles, services, and finance options offered by the dealership
Generate sales activity reports, including prospecting, follow-ups, and new client acquisition
Ensure all sales and finance documentation is completed accurately and swiftly
Manage outstanding payments within prescribed deadlines
Employ FCA-approved approaches when presenting and selling financial and insurance products
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at all timesRequirements of a Business Development Manager:
Resident within a reasonable commuting distance to Newport
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Proven commercial vehicle sales experience within the automotive sector, preferably with a background in business development
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care
Well-presented, proactive, self-motivated, and tenacious
