What you will do
* Conduct detailed assessments of children and families in need of support or protection, ensuring all actions are in the child's best interests.
* Work collaboratively across multi-agency teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Safeguard vulnerable children by analysing data and taking appropriate intervention measures as required.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to families and carers, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding the welfare of their children.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant legislations.
