Responsibilities:
* Leading audit assignments to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality audit files.
* Overseeing daily activities and progress on client engagements.
* Mentoring and supervising team members, fostering their professional development.
* Reviewing work and assignments, providing constructive feedback to improve team performance.
* Interacting directly with clients to discuss audit progress, address concerns, and provide financial insights.
* Contributing to networking initiatives and strengthening client relationships.
* Managing engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* UK practice experience.
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
* Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
* Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
* Proficiency in audit software and databases.
* Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
