Salary: £88–£110 per day (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Wakefield. You’ll play a key role in supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them build the social, emotional and learning foundations they’ll carry for life.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting children in EYFS through play-based learning and structured activities
* Creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child feels included
* Working with teachers and SENCOs to tailor support for pupils with additional needs
* Encouraging independence, communication and social skills
* Contributing to assessments and tracking progress in line with EYFS frameworks
What we’re looking for
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
* Experience in an EYFS setting within a school or nursery
* A warm, patient and creative approach to learning
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
