1. Mentor QS cost management colleagues to develop their skills.
2. Collaborate with Winchester and Ridge leadership teams.
3. Manage clients and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Participate in business development forums and sector groups.
5. Coordinate cost management across all offices.
6. Work independently on assigned tasks.
7. Advise on contracts and construction conditions.
8. Guide design teams on cost-effective methods and materials to stay within budget.
9. Prepare tender documents.
10. Oversee project costs during construction and negotiate final accounts.
11. Lead client meetings and ensure successful project delivery.
