Maths Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in Mathematics
* Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
* Assist students in understanding mathematical concepts and solving problems
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Provide feedback to students and parents on performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Degree in Mathematics or related field
Education:
Degree in Mathematics or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in tutoring or teaching Mathematics
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and teaching methods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Patience and understanding towards students' learning challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students of varying abilities
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours as a temporary Maths Tutor. The work will be conducted in an educational setting, providing one-on-one tutoring to students in Mathematics. The tutor may need to adapt to different learning styles and abilities of students, and provide feedback to both students and parents on progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
