This role will play a key role in driving value, governance, and strong supplier relationships across the business. Your new role Negotiating commercial terms, conditions, pricing, and contracts with suppliers Acting as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders Monitoring purchase order budgets and identifying cost‑saving opportunities through effective negotiation Tracking supplier performance, managing KPIs, and resolving issues at a senior level Maintaining accurate supplier order books and procurement data within the Oracle ERP system Supporting the implementation of corporate procurement processes, including strategic supplier, subcontract, and commodity management Coaching and supporting junior team members, contributing to audits and continuous improvement initiatives What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in buying, procurement, or purchasing Demonstrated capability in leading negotiations and managing supplier relationships Experience with terms and conditions Demonstrated experience with cross-functional relationships internally and externally Eligibility for security clearance What you'll get in return You'll join a collaborative procurement function within a well‑structured organisation, with opportunities to develop your commercial expertise, influence supplier strategy, and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement practices.
