Business Support Manager
Right at Home Enfield
£30,500 – £34,750 per annum (DOE)
Full-time, 40 hours per week


Right at Home Enfield provides premium quality homecare to older people, those living with dementia, and vulnerable adults in our local area. We are proud to be recognised as a progressive, high-quality leader in health and social care – and we’re looking for an exceptional Business Support Manager to join our team.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will support our dedicated care team and management team to deliver Outstanding-rated care. If you’re an organised, proactive leader with a passion for care, this could be your perfect next step.

What you’ll do

* Lead and support the operations and care team to deliver high-quality, reliable services.
* Assist the Director with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Develop and monitor performance targets to improve operational outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, carers, and partner agencies.
* Support business growth through marketing and development activities.
* Oversee personal development plans for the operations team.
* Drive service improvements by analysing and acting on feedback from clients and staff.

What we’re looking for

* Significant management-level experience in social care or healthcare.
* Strong understanding of personalised care approaches.
* Ideally hold (or be working towards) QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, develop strategies, and lead teams.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused.
