The Role: This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career in construction management. As Assistant Contracts Manager, you’ll work directly alongside the Construction Director, who will personally mentor and train you with the clear aim of progressing you into a Contracts Manager role. The position has previously been a proven pathway within the business, with the former postholder successfully developing into managing their own portfolio of projects. You’ll gain hands-on exposure across all aspects of project delivery – from planning and programming through to client liaison, site coordination and commercial awareness – on a variety of schemes up to £10m in value.
