Digital Implementation Executive - Warwick or Ripon – Technology
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Working Arrangement: Flexible Hybrid Working. 1–2 days a week in the Office.

Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with B2B customers across the business to implement process improvements using our digital tools and services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact while integrating them with our digital solutions.
* Propose and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and improve loyalty upon integration.
* Collaborate with internal Sales and IT teams to adhere to agreed timelines and project plans.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The role offers flexible hybrid working and requires you to be in the office 1–2 days per week.
Required Qualifications
* Experience in a digital role or environment.
* Knowledge of electronic file and data transfer methods and protocols such as EDI, SFTP, or API – a valuable asset.
* Confidence in interacting with customers to build effective relationships.
* Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
* Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
