Sales Manager requirements:
9. Full UK Driver’s license & own vehicle
10. Previous managerial experience in Property
11. Proven track record of achievement

Key duties of a Sales Manager will include the following:
15. Oversee the management of the branch
16. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
17. Maximising income profit and growth revenues
18. Develop long-standing working relationships with clients
19. Manage performance of employees via reviews, meetings, and regular 121’s
20. Successfully list a targeted number of properties
21. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
