The Relationship Manager – Development Finance Role
This is not a cradle-to-grave role. Once a deal is agreed in principle by a Lending Director, you take full ownership, from credit analysis and structuring through to completion. You’ll manage all stakeholders and processes to get deals over the line.
Relationship Manager – Development Finance: Key Responsibilities
1. Own deals post-terms agreed by Lending Directors
2. Conduct credit analysis and viability assessments
3. Draft and present credit papers
4. Restructure deals as needed
