Location: Superdrug, East Croydon Station (Head Office).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm, hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 days in office).

Role Overview
The Junior BI Developer supports the BI team by building reports, validating data, and learning core BI practices. Reporting to the Lead BI Developer, this role contributes to the organisation's ability to deliver reliable insights while developing personal technical capability.
Responsibilities
* Interact with BI Developers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
* Support sprint objectives by completing assigned tasks in Jira.
* Deliver validated reports and data extracts that colleagues rely on.
* Document processes and learn new BI tools and practices.
* Participate in Agile activities and collaborate with the team.
* Manage BAU ticket activity for the team.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience or exposure to BI tools and SQL. Basic knowledge of Power BI and SQL fundamentals.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and ability to ask questions and seek feedback.
* Strong self‑management of tasks and ability to raise blockers.
* A‑Level or equivalent qualification.
* Understanding of how BI quality affects AI usage and implementation.
* Foundational knowledge of Agile delivery and core teamwork principles.
* Motivation for personal growth, skill development and contributing to team success.
