Job Description:

Are you passionate about ensuring people get the right help at the right time? Do you have experience working with people in emotional distress?
If so, we are seeking Mental Health Crisis Workers to work in our Crisis Safe Space provisions in Sedgemoor.
The Crisis Safe Space service operates 7 nights per week (5.30 – 11:00pm) in Sedgemoor. We provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable place for people experiencing acute emotional distress to receive support. We also collaborate with Open Mental Health partners to seek further support as needed.
About you:
You will need to:
* Have experience supporting people with complex needs, including mental health
* Be skilled at building trust with those you work with
* Have a driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the geographical area
