What you’ll be doing:
* Driving new business through calls, meetings, and proactive LinkedIn outreach
* Negotiating terms and securing the best possible fees for your placements
* Building and expanding client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
* Writing engaging job adverts and using social channels to attract top talent
* Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
* Conducting interviews and managing the full 360 recruitment process
* Ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates at every level
The ideal candidate:
* 1+ years’ 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment
* Previously worked a perm desk (or dual desk) and confident handling the full cycle
* Open minded, coachable, and eager to adapt, learn, and push yourself forward
* Confident using LinkedIn for headhunting and candidate engagement
* Commercially aware, able to plan your desk, and build credibility when speaking with candidates and clients
* A cultural fit: driven, ideas led, motivated, and ready to work in partnership with the team bounce ideas, shape strategy, and grow the business together
* Ambitious, progression focused, and hungry to earn promotions
